Return and Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring the complete satisfaction of our customers. If the product received does not meet your expectations, you may exercise your right of withdrawal under the conditions outlined below.

Returns
Customers may return one or more purchased items within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the package.
To accept a return, the product must:

• Be intact, unused, and returned in its original packaging;

• Be shipped back at the customer’s own expense to the address provided upon return request.

Before proceeding with the return, it is mandatory to contact our customer service to receive instructions and authorization for the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Exclusions
In accordance with current regulations, returns are not permitted for personalized or custom-made products. Such items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Refunds
Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 7 (seven) business days, using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.
Any shipping costs incurred for the delivery of the order are non-refundable.
